U4TS200 : Fusion Series Administration

An essential and detailed technical introduction for those who will be managing, monitoring or configuring Fusion MSBG devices at a customer premise or from a Service Provider's network operations center. The 2-day course provides a survey of the Fusion BG technology, including context for the typical deployment of Fusion BG devices. In-depth coverage of installation and initial configuration issues is followed by a thorough treatment of the main themes of Interface Configuration, Quality Traffic Management and Security Policy settings. Time is devoted to provisioning VoIP services through the Fusion MSBG. A full introduction to the command line interface is given, and detailed methods for system monitoring are presented. Attendees will be given a very clear perspective of the capabilities and differences of the various Fusion MSBG models. Furthermore, several important deployment scenarios are explored in depth: examples include VPN configuration and SIP trunking. The full functionality of the U4EA element management server is described. Each section of the course is followed by a laboratory session or demonstrations to ensure a genuine hands-on learning experience for all attendees.
